As the originator of The Mattiacio Group, Tony Mattiacio started working for a Ziebart location in Syracuse, New York, in the 1980s. Starting off washing cars, he worked hard, climbing his way through various positions and eventually finding himself in sales and management. He then moved his family to Rochester, NY, when an opportunity arose to become a managing partner. His entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic grew the 4-person operation to a business with over 200 amazing employees. To this day, Tony Mattiacio is a leader who will never forget the opportunity he was once given and provides the same opportunities for advancement to his employees.

Zach Mattiacio is a highly motivated individual who oversees corporate administration for The Mattiacio Group, including Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources. With a passion for growth and development, Zach Mattiacio leads the charge in corporate expansion and new location selection. Zach Mattiacio attended Cornell University for their Business Strategy program and uses this to aid the company’s long-term strategic goals. He has his certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics and oversees the company’s advertising and marketing. Zach Mattiacio started with the company in 2006 and has worked his way through various positions, including Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Sales Representative, General Manager, and Senior VP.

Ryan Mattiacio is charged with leading the company’s Sales and Customer Service teams across all of our retail stores. Starting his career in the service department, Ryan Mattiacio worked his way through various positions in the company, including Operations Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, General Manager, and SVP Sales/Operations. This experience leads to a well-rounded skill set that results in balanced and informed leadership. Ryan Mattiacio’s focus is not only on training and recruiting sales professionals but also on ensuring our company delivers an exceptional experience to each and every customer. In addition to overseeing the retail stores, Ryan plays an instrumental role in ensuring our Outside Sales Division is delivering at or above the expectations of dealer principals. 

Mark Mattiacio began his professional career serving our country with the United States Marine Corps. This is where he learned valuable lessons in leadership, honor, and tenacity. Through his education with the US Marines and with The Mattiacio Group, Mark Mattiacio has a specialized focus on Operations Management and Service Excellence. During his time with Ziebart, he worked in various positions within the Service Department. Mark Mattiacio's first management position was as the General Manager for the Canandaigua, NY, location. He led this new location to become Dealer of the Year within its first year in business. Mark Mattiacio passed the torch to successor management at the Canandaigua location and moved into his current role, in which he oversees all operations at our retail locations. Mark Mattiacio also plays a large role within our Vehicle Wraps and Custom Graphics Division. Above all else, Mark Mattiacio has a passion for quality and believes in leading his team by example. More often than not, you will see Mark Mattiacio showing someone what to do rather than telling them.

Meghan Pfenninger has a passion for health and wellness, yoga, and sports. Meghan was on various sports teams and was one of only two freshmen selected for the varsity lacrosse program, where they finished 2nd in the State and 30th in the country that year. Originally attending school for nursing, Meghan Pfenninger switched gears and began focusing on business. Meghan Pfenninger has served in multiple roles for the company, including Customer Service, Outside Sales, and Accounting, which has exposed her to various aspects of the business. Meghan Pfenninger found her home within the HR Department and enjoys working on corporate health and wellness programs. Meghan Pfenninger embraces continued education through various programs focused on Human Resources and Lean Six Sigma.

In 2011, Vincenzo Carangi joined The Mattiacio Group as a Professional Sales Representative. He quickly excelled at Ziebart, making significant contributions to the store. Vincenzo was promoted to Sales Manager and played a pivotal role in achieving various awards, including Dealer of the Year and Highest Volume Retail Sales. Due to his exceptional performance, Vincenzo was selected to open new Ziebart locations in West Seneca and Batavia. He subsequently became the Regional Manager for Western New York, overseeing store employees and millions of dollars in sales. After years of planning, Vincenzo achieved his most recent accomplishment by becoming the owner of Ziebart of Fort Myers, the first of many locations in the South Florida region. Outside of work, Vincenzo enjoys spending time with his family, making pizza, and watching SSC Napoli. He is also a Miami Dolphins season ticket holder and a real estate investor.

Ann Scalia is a vibrant, fun-loving spirit that is often heard before she is seen. Ann Scalia has a passion for sales, loves to meet new people, and does everything she can to retain the new friends (and customers) she has made. Ann Scalia will relentlessly and passionately pursue anything and everything she sets her mind to and rarely fails to succeed. With over 25 years of Outside Sales Experience, Ann Scalia confidently leads the company's Outside Sales Division. Ann Scalia serves on the Board at Brothers of Mercy and has been involved with the Non-profit The Lions Club for over 20 years.

Robert McCarthy confidently leads our finance team for The Mattiacio Group. Robert graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Accounting with the highest honors. Robert later obtained his CMA from the Institute of Management Accounting. With 35+ years of accounting management experience from various companies, including Beam Mack Sales and Service (Controller), RIT Inn & Conference Center (Director of Finance), and others, Robert is well-positioned to lead the company's finance operations. Robert enjoys golf and spending time with family when he is not crunching numbers.

Tina Rose has spent most of her professional career as a business owner of a restaurant. Throughout this 33 year experience, Tina wore many hats! From running the company’s payroll, ordering, scheduling, and even bartending, Tina was responsible to know and do everything. This was all accomplished while being able to multi-task raising her family. Throughout this experience as a business owner, Tina developed some incredible interpersonal skills and customer service experience. The majority of her career focused on interacting with people and ensuring every single customer had an exceptional experience, her name was on the line! This experience, and her personality, make Tina the perfect fit for the Regional Manager position with The Mattiacio Group.

Joni Hoff served as an Intelligence Analyst with the US Army where she earned status as a war veteran from the Panama Conflict and was stationed near the DMZ in South Korea. Joni Hoff broke barriers with the US Army, being the first female assigned to an attack helicopter unit and the first female to fire a tanker gun in a divisional artillery unit. Through this career, Joni Hoff has learned loyalty, analytical and forward-thinking, and developed a passion for people and diversity. Joni Hoff attended the University of Maryland during her tenure with the military. Joni Hoff’s first professional career post-military was Lowes, where she was the HR Manager for various locations for 22 years. Joni Hoff has her SHRM-CP and Veterans at Work certification, and has a passion for challenging people to excel and grow!

Beth Miller obtained her first Bachelor's degree in International Business from Elmira College and then proceeded with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. Beth started her career in the hospitality industry and later moved into the accounting industry after finding her passion here. Beth has been to 15 countries, is very family-oriented, and has a love for animals (most especially her dog Valentine). Beth is the perfect addition to The Mattiacio Group and brings an abundance of knowledge and a fun spirit. 

Growing up on a farm, Eric Pfenninger was surrounded by Diesel Engines and other mechanics, resulting in a passion for all things mechanical. Eric Pfenninger built a 1954 Dodge Pickup from the ground-up, swapping the engine from a 2005 Ram 5.7L Hemi. This build included a generation 3 HEMI swap into a custom-built vehicle. Eric Pfenninger’s first professional career was with a fabrication company, where he earned 10 years of experience with custom fabrication. Next, Eric Pfenninger found himself with a metrology company, where he calibrated high-precision machinery using fiber optics. Accuracy was important with this career as the machines were cable of measuring a tenth of a micron (a human hair is 70 microns). Eric Pfenninger has a passion for quality and problem-solving!
